Systems Development

Dulcian specializes in business rules-based system development in the Oracle environment. Using Dulcian's Business Rules Information Manager (BRIM^®) and a repository-based development approach, Dulcian can design and build systems that are flexible enough to keep up with rapidly changing business rules while making ongoing system maintenance easier and reducing the overall cost of maintaining the system over time.

Data Migration

Problems arising during data migrations are one of the most common reasons for systems development project failures.  These failures are often due to a lack of understanding of the mechanics of data migration. Dulcian offers customized seminars on Oracle^® Developer, Oracle^® Designer, Data Warehousing and Database Design.  Experienced designers and developers teach all classes.   Courses are offered in both standardized and customized formats, depending upon your organization's needs.  Dulcian will either provide computer based training facilities, or conduct training sessions on site.  The number of students per class is generally limited to ensure quality time for each attendee.
